• Rapid strategic model design, alignment, and/or recalibration across sales, marketing, channels, & service development/delivery.
• Key deliverables include recommended Business Development model and components, as well as identification, prioritization, and scoping of key development and execution tactics.
• Projects range from several day operational reviews to more thorough, multi-week design efforts.

Tactical Program Development & Execution

• Detailed development, execution and integration services for prioritized tactics required to support optimized Business Development model. Gray Matters can play a variety of roles including tactic development, hands-on rollout and execution, project oversight, mentoring, outsourced staff, program management, etc.

On Call" Advisory & Support Services - (Retainer-based)

• Gray Matters' Business Development experts are available as a retained resource, “on call” via telephone or in person, serving as a sounding board and in other advisory capacities to provide insights, coaching and feedback into the ongoing strategic and tactical Business Development issues facing our clients.
